Without helmet:
Couples - Allowed
Girl or Girls - Allowed
Guy or guys - Police maama will spot you in half kilometer distance. As you get near, he will walk in the middle of the road with both hands spread wide. Have you played ‘Kabadi Kabadi Kabadi Kabadi’ ??
Apparently, helmet rule violation is a filtering mechanism. ‘Licence edu, RC engey?, Insurance irukka?…1000Rs. fine kattu’ kind of customer mining will happen at round two.

Nice post PK. In other countries, Police stop you from doing things which are not legal.. but in India the Police waits for you to commit those mistakes so that can have their collection.. I wonder when that attitude will change.. and moreover I don’t think that the compulsory helmet law is already in place.. last heard there is some discrepancy between the top officials and ministers on this.. not sure though.. GOD pls save us..

if any law is passed in India or made compulsory overnight be sure that some minister’s binami company is going to rake in lot of profit!!!

போனாலோ இல்லை 4 alladhu 5 பேராக ஒரு family போனால் கூட பிரச்னை இல்லை
அதுவும் சமீபமாக இரண்டு ஆண் மற்றும் ஒரு பெண், இல்லைஎன்றால் ஒரு ஆண் மற்றும் இரண்டு பெண் இப்படி bike இல் போவது அதிகமாகிவிட்டது.
