He1: “Idhu mudikka 8 hours agum”

PK - Good to know that you are feeling better. Exercise regularly, walking is a great way to good health. If you plan to jog, here is something my friend told me which works, start with 3 minutes and keep doing it for a week, then for the next week do it for 4 minutes and in 6 month you’ll be doing 30 minutes effortlessly.
Interesting story about process and programmers. In this case, it looks like the problem is not the process, the problem is the BM, he seemed to have not communicated his deadline correctly, but as you rightly said it is the “worker bee” who gets kicked around.
Does your company use any kind of project management software ?.
January 12th, 2006 at 8:54 pm
prem
Thanks for the concern and enquiry.
jogging… yep planning to take it up or maybe join a gym or yoga class. am not sure…
processes….well the problem is when there is a client requirement at the 11th hour all the processes goes out of the window. that is what i wanted to stress.
For eg, the manager cud’ve said they r adhering to a process and this is not the way to complete a work.
In reality few managers have the guts to say that to his higherups.
the simply pass the buck to his hapless coder.

OK - Here comes the sales guy.
Is your company interested in getting any project management software ?
